Tactical Communications
Communication is critical to success during a hard fought political campaign. Systems must be deployed and torn down over night. They must provide easy access to key staffers during the campaign and they must protect their privacy when it is concluded. They must provide access to the candidate and at the same time protect the candidate’s valuable time.
Political campaigns are a battlefield, and it is imperative that key campaigners reach one another anytime, anywhere, at the touch of a button.
And as on any battle resources are scares, so all this must happen without placing a burden on finite financial resources.
Unified Communication System
Ensure that potential voters can reach someone on your team every waking hour of the campaign. The Unified Communication system provides each user with a unique personal, single telephone number that will track them down at the campaign office, on the road, at their home, or anywhere else they choose to be within reach. As well as actively tracking down the owner, this phone number will also accept faxes and take voice mail, and will automatically deliver copies of each to the owners email.

Conferencing Services
The conferencing solution from Vinceró provides a toll free 1-800 line dedicated to the campaign team. This system requires no reservation, allows for the recording of the conference call and can be used anywhere in North America. The system also allows the moderator to set up conferencing groups which can be voice activated to call out each individual and add them to the conference call. All of this is provided at a conferencing rate below that available from traditional suppliers.
Conferencing features include:
- Toll free 1-800 number assigned
- Moderator and participant codes controlled by campaign team through a web interface. Codes can be changed or kept constant based on preference
- Call recording is included and can be turned on/off by the call moderator.
- Recorded Calls archived for three months and accessible by date and time.
- Call replay is available through web interface or through telephone.
- Security lock down - ability to lock a call down and prevent new participants from entering the call
- Call entry and exit notification - user records his name when entering the call and this recording is announced on entry/exit to call.
- Lecture feature - all users are muted except the moderator

Broadcast Services
The broadcast service uses the digital auto dialer for voice messages to be broadcast to a campaign team in a timely fashion. The message can be broadcast to any number including home and cell phones. This allows for critical updates to be sent out quickly as well as for daily broadcast messages from the candidate to the entire team. This service can also be used for volunteer motivation to mobilize the volunteers for rallies, sign blitzes, leaflet drops, etc.
Cellular Long Distance/ Calling Card Feature
A Vinceró Campaign calling card allows the campaign team to reduce costs for all their long distance needs including access from cellular phones, pay phones, hotel rooms or regular phone lines. A toll free number is provided along with a user id (for the campaign team or by individual) which when access provides a dial tone for the long distance calls. The calling charges can be billed as a single campaign expense or to each individual’s credit card.
Call Tracking
Call Track will provide the campaign office with toll-free numbers or local numbers to be used in campaign literature, on websites and as campaign team and candidate contact information. Any calls to these numbers will be automatically routed through Vinceró and then ring at the number of your choosing (land line, cell phone) based on time of day. The information through the reporting provided will allow your campaign team to better understand where the phone calls are originating which can be used to determine where in the riding your resources are allocated.
Vinceró will document and monitor each call as follows:
- Originating number
- Date and time of call
- Duration of call
- Caller information as available (phone number, name address etc.)
- Hang ups or unconnected calls; including date, time of day and customer details
- Phone number to which a call is forwarded
- Calls mapped based on geographical origination of the call
- Make a recording of each call available to the campaign via the web on a 7/24 basis
- No software or hardware is required by the campaign team.
Active Lead Management
Active Lead Management captures the contact telephone number of the constituent from the campaign’s website information request form, volunteer form, donation form, etc. and dials the appropriate campaign contact (land line, cell phone or unified messaging number) to inform them of the request for information and reads the telephone number to the campaign contact. This feature allows the campaign team to be extremely responsive to the requests or offers of assistance.
