Ivrnet Inc. Reports Profitable Third Quarter
Calgary, Alberta – November 19, 2008 – Ivrnet Inc. (TSX Venture: IVI) is pleased to report its fourth consecutive quarter of positive Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortization (EBITDA). Revenue for the third quarter of 2008 amounted to $591,145, an increase of $113,945 over the third quarter of 2007. Net income for this third quarter amounted to $13,236.
EBITDA for the third quarter of 2008 increased to $99,941 compared to $84,932 in the second quarter. Expenses were $13,000 lower in the third quarter of 2008 in comparison with the second quarter.
In six of the last eight quarters, Ivrnet has generated positive EBIDTA, four of those quarters also being profitable on a net income basis. During this time, Ivrnet has paid down substantially all of its long term debt and invested in new infrastructure and capabilities.
