CALGARY, Oct. 19 /CNW/ - Ivrnet Inc. ("Ivrnet") and PBS Systems Inc.("PBS") are pleased to announce the integration of Ivrnet's telephone capabilities with PBS's dealership management software (DMS). This announcement is the second in a series that began on October 17th, 2006.
In September of this year the companies provided PBS's Aristo and Titanium DMS platforms with the capabilities to automatically make phone calls to communicate with a car dealership's end clients. The first client use of the new technology began in October. Initial calls will include appointment reminders and confirmation of work completion, but the integration allows for dozens of different types of phone calls to be made, all generated and controlled automatically by the Aristo and Titanium software.
Yet to be named, this integration comes at a time when staff costs in all industries are rising to unprecedented levels, and administrative personnel are very difficult to find and hire. By automating routine but essential communications PBS and Ivrnet are reducing the load on dealership staff, allowing more work to be completed by fewer individuals. Staff is freed to complete higher value and more personally satisfying work, raising morale, retention rates, and performance.
This integration is the second successful project resulting from the Ivrnet and PBS partnership. The first project, PBS Call Trak, provides dealerships with the ability to track, record, monitor and report on all sales calls received by a dealership. Call Trak correlates calls received to the marketing initiatives that generated them, and allows sales trainers to increase staff performance and increase closing rates. Developed in 2005 and deployed in early 2006, PBS signed nearly 200 dealerships on recurring projects in the first 9 months of Call Trak operations. At this time Call Trak has 7 dedicated sales people and 15 agents in Canada and parts of the US. Under the partnership agreement Ivrnet focuses on technology operations and development, PBS focuses on sales and marketing, and revenue is split.
